Sometimes being on tour or on the road with a band brings unforeseen technical difficulties. Initially, I struggled to keep a worship focus when things would go wrong with the sound for example, but I could see how God was just helping me to keep my focus on Him and even to worship in the midst of the challenges. He helped me to maintain a heart of worship and not to be distracted by things that needed to be sorted out. He is faithful to work in us during any challenge if we let Him. Before we left on the tour, we received some prophetic words in Bloemfontein. I received a word that I should be on the lookout for someone named Ryan, and that God wanted to do something. It just so happens that I met this Ryan on the tour and it really was a divine connection. Praise God for His faithfulness!

While I was statue miming, a lady came to me and grabbed my hand very firmly. In that moment, God gave me a word for her. I experienced Him saying that He gave her a strong personality because He wants to send her places and that she will not be affected by every little thing, and that He wants to use her in that way. I shared this with her and she was caught off guard and just cracked up crying as God just ministered to her. She really wasn’t expecting it. I just want to encourage you with this, which was so awesome for me to see. In the moment, God is right there to encourage someone around you if you are available to speak!

I usually wear a ring on the ring finger of my right hand. For the past 2 years, God has been gently nudging me to switch my ring to my left ring finger. More recently, God revealed to me that I have severe intimacy/trust issues. One night during worship, I once again experienced the Holy Spirit asking me about switching my ring. This time, I submitted to the idea, telling God that I want to trust Him. The Holy Spirit showed me a beautiful picture. It was very personal and absolutely beautiful: I said YES to God, and God is now not only my Father - but also my First Love!
