As my part-time job at a school ended, I had to trust God for another work opportunity and financial provision. I had to hear from Him what the next step will be. So, while in isolation, I felt to release everything and surrender, letting Him be in control. The next Saturday, I received a call from a school, asking if I could help out 2 to 3 days a week .

I went for an interview and got the job the following Tuesday. I started with 2 days a week , which soon become 4 days a week . It is such a blessing from God, how He miraculously provided for me!

I want to encourage to put your trust in God, even in difficult times, and completely surrender. He will provide in unexpected ways.

Two months ago, I lost my dad and it wasn't an easy process to go through. Grieving is the most difficult thing ever! But two days after I heard about the passing of my dad, I decided to check my day word and it said, “Holy Spirit, my Comforter.” It was so comforting to know that God is with me throughout the process! He knew that it was going to happen, and the pain I was experiencing, He went through before me.

I just want to encourage everyone that it might seem like God doesn't see you in the pit that you're in, but He is with you and He is carrying you through it!

My brother and I really wanted to go and isolate at home in the Cape, but we did not know if it was a good idea, and what if my parents also got infected? So, my brother, father, and mother all prayed and got scriptures from the Lord. The scriptures were all in line with one another, and brought confirmation that it was safe to go. Later that night, while I was packing my bags and getting ready to drive the next morning, I remembered that I never looked at my daywords for the week. That day's day word was "It's going to be a great weekend" and the next day's day word was "Pack your things." It was amazing and encouraging to see how accurate it was. It also brought more confirmation that it was safe for us to go home.
